Arrived in two days. Thank you, excellent seller. For those of you who say that this product was not a proper replacement, you have obviously ordered the wrong item. This is a CompX lock, which is the same manufacturer of the lock in your mailbox. The replacement process was very quick and easy.I took the lock, a pair of pliers, a screwdriver (didn't even use it), and a ratchet with 13mm socket on it to the mailbox. I walked up the mailbox and opened it with the key. Then I turned the key back to the lock position (with the door still open) and removed the key. I started the stopwatch on my phone and picked up the ratchet. I removed the nut with the ratchet and placed the nut and cam in the mailbox. I then used the pliers to remove the retaining clip and took the lock from the hole. Placed everything in the mailbox. Then I took out the new lock and removed the key from it, placed it in the hole and used the pliers to put the retaining clip back in. Then replaced the cam and nut with the ratchet. I took the new keys out and closed the mailbox back up. Then I pushed the stop button on my phone. It took 2 minutes, 22 seconds for the entire process, including taking my tools out of the bag I was using to carry them. That was a shorter time than it took me to write this review. A+.
