I love Camelbak tumblers and the lids are great. This review is about the packaging it came in. The tumbler was wrapped in one piece of thin bubble wrap and a clear plastic bag. When I heard the delivery man come to the door I heard a loud "THUNK" as he dropped the package to the cement by the door. The tumbler has no protection from damage like this other than a single thin sheet of bubble wrap. Now the stainless steel tumbler has a small ding on the bottom, but, I'll keep it since I like Camelbak products so much.
