The cup is poorly made. The lid will not tighten down on the cup. And to put the name and decorations on the cup they just printed on a piece of paper and dropped it in the wall of the cup. The name is not even straight on the paper.I have asked for a refund an am waiting to hear back from them. They did have fast delivery service. I am hoping they will except my request for a refund.I am very disappointed as this was a Easter gift for my grandchild.
