Straw is cut up ..,I liked the tumbler a lot but my 2nd day of having it I dropped it in the parking lot of my work and it shattered. I only had one day with it.the rest of the product was of good quality obviously.......but the lid and straw came cracked. so i had to order another one that was much cheaper of another team to replace the lid and straw. too bad :-(I CAN'T EVEN SAY WHAT A BAD PURCHASE THIS WAS. RECEIVED THE CUP WITH A LARGE CRACK IN IT AND THE LID. ALSO, NO STRAW WITH IT. THE PATRIOTS LOGO THING WAS NOT EVEN IN THE INDENTED PART BUT GLUED DOWN LOWER.Liked it a lotLove this cup it is my "go to"Very nice & very good quality ? VERY HAPPY ☺ great for smoothies,keeps it very cold!!!!I purchased these cups for 3 different teams and they were all damaged. This is very frustrating as these were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my employees.
