It keeps my coffee warm all morning. It doesn’t leak or drip when drinking or transporting it.It has a ballpoint pen type mechanism that pops the inner lid up and down that comes apart sometimes, but it’s easy to pop back in place.I’ve been searching for a cup that will allow me to have hot tea while at work for a while. Finally stumbled on this high wave tumbler. After reading reviews I decided to purchase. The absolute best decision I’ve made. This tumbler keeps my tea hot for at least 6 hours if not more. I’ve taken it on vacation and was not disappointed. I’m currently sipping on some tea made at 6 am today which is still hot. Will recommend to family and friends.I love itThis is truly a one-handed mug. The easiest to open, get a drink, and reclose - all with the push of a button. I've owned 3 of these - one lost, one given away to a nagging friend, and the final one has been around for the past 5 years. A few dents, and had to replace the top once because I put it in the dishwasher even though the instructions clearly said not to... It keeps ice in it for more than 24 hours. Perfect for my Florida summer golf game when the temperature is above 90. When I owned 2 I kept one for coffee and one for water so I didn't have to clean the coffee one so often for water. So happy they've added this larger size that still fits in my cup holder.I received this travel mug as a gift and loved it until I washed the top cover and it broke the tip that connects to the lid. Does anyone know where I could buy that part?I rarely write reviews for products I purchase online, but this was one worth raving about. Since Teavana went out of business, I've been looking for a replacement for their large tea tumbler that also has a quick-release button lid for easy drinking. This is a near exact replica of that one, only its even larger (taller, not wider) which is great for avid, day-long tea drinkers. Love the aqua blue color (even though color shouldn't matter, it kind of does!). Top lid turns on and seals solidly with ease to prevent leaking and the thermos really does keep your liquids hot for all day long. To purchase a tea strainer that fits nicely inside the mug (like you see for many other tea tumblers sold online) you'll have to go to the Highwave website to purchase that separately ($5). That being said, my old tea strainer from my previous tea tumbler fit inside this new one as if it were made for it as well. I would highly recommend this product. I'm keeping it in mind for future gifts to friends.
