Like the glasses, shipping not so much. Two glasses totally smashed in packaging when it arrived. No attempt to pad the box in the box.I know - it sounds like a marketing message - but it's true. These look great on the table with our Waterford crystal, but we use them as our everyday glasses. We like the heavy feel, clear look, and fun heavy bottom with a bubble accent in the center. They've become our standard short and tall "plain" glasses.We have some of these glasses that we purchased from Bed, Bath & Beyond quite a while ago. We have broken some and wanted to get more because we love them! I searched and searched and these looked exactly like them....but not quite. They are slightly shorter, (no big deal), but they are not crystal clear glass. They have a slight almost pink tint to them that I'm not so fond of. We used these for whiskey and that coloring will slightly distort the color of any whiskey. I will probably keep them - they were hard to find, but be aware that they are not clear glass!These are lovely glasses. Already own the highball Lunas. Needed these smaller glasses to complete the set. Disappointing that there is poor quality control from this shipper. I am very surprised that only one glass was broken. The packaging was very slight.Great glasses. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the item picture being a little misleading. The picture makes it seem like the glasses are a silvery color on bottom, when its actually clear with a bubble in middle. We love them, just wasnt what we were expecting when we opened the box.One arrived broken even though we’ll wrapped. We also have larger size and they have lasted wellWe originally got these for our wedding registry at BBB over 4 years ago. They're great glasses and have held up well. We just bought a second set online because of the price and because we were afraid that they would stop making them. This way if we break one or two it's not the end of the world. We've got a few more waiting in the wings. The items came quickly and well packaged. Make sure you get the right size. I didn't know that there was a similarly shaped glass that is considerably smaller and accidentally bought a set of those. I believe it's called a Juice glass. Anyway I returned those and got these instead.The glass is beautiful and everything I wanted in a glass. However I was only shipped one glass instead of the 12.
